The Naturalization Ceremony is an annual event that the Dutchess County Clerk’s office holds at the VBI theater building for the swearing in of new US citizens by the Honorable Joan S. Posner, Dutchess County Family Court Justice and Acting Dutchess County Supreme Court Justice.  The oath of Allegiance is administered by Bradford H. Kendall, Dutchess County Clerk and the Guest Speaker is Dr. Pamela Edington, President of Dutchess Community College.  Refreshments will be served in the Hancock Gallery.  The Ceremony begins at 1:30 pm on Friday December 4, 2015.
