The building at 12 Vassar Street is home to the VBI Theatre - a renovated 200 seat theatre replete with a Green Room and Dressing Rooms underneath the stage. The building also houses a 1200 square foot dance studio, an artist loft, and two Art Galleries - The Hancock Gallery and The Reception Gallery. Our art galleries host local and regional artists and photographers year-round with exhibits changing every 6-8 weeks.
The VBI Theatre is available to rent for performances, events and wedding ceremonies as are the Art Galleries, that serve as multi-purpose spaces, and the Dance Studio.
VBI Theatre Daily Rental Rate (Load in @ 9:00 am / load out @ 9:00 pm)
- $450 per day - Not for Profit Organizations
- $575 per day - For Profit Organizations
- VBI Theatre Hourly Rate: $75 per hour – Not for Profit and For Profit Organizations
Multi-Purpose Spaces/Rooms (Reception Gallery and Hancock Gallery) - $40 per hour/per room
Dance Studio - $45 per hour (no hard soled shoes allowed on dance floor)
