Turkish Marbling
Marbling workshop/demonstration: Dec 19 1:30-4:30 pm $45
Christina Di Marco – Teaching artist working with paper, inks, and clay; Puppet making with children for 28 years and specializing in marbling techniques.

Christina also created the suminagashi (a form of marbling) on Hide Oshiro’s work (see below).

The Heart Sutra
Hide Oshiro born 12/30/1910 died 2012 – His work has been exhibited in France (Paris, Vence, Meudon), in Switzerland (Lausanne, Basel), and widely in the US including New York (Brooklyn Museum, Donnell Library).
