Ada Monica Sperling is an artist who uses mixed media – pencil, ink, pastel, sepia, watercolor, gouache, acrylic, and oil – to showcase a style that encompasses different aspects of herself.  “One side is precise and detailed with hyperbolic and fractal forms woven throughout depicting order amid the chaos of the universe….the other is spiritual and esoteric,” she states. “Seeing beyond the world in front of me and my artwork is a meditation wherein ideas emerge from my thoughts and feelings.” 

A native of Chile, Ms. Sperling has studied at the School of Fine Arts in Valparaiso as well as the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.  Her artwork has been exhibited at Alliance Francaise (Valparaiso, Chile), Meyer, Strong & Jones (NYC), Kehler-Liddell Gallery (New Haven, CT) and the Barrett Art Center.
