Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center presents photographs by David Rocco of many Hudson River landmarks from Newcomb, NY to the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. David was an important member of the Walkway Over the Hudson project and through his experience and involvement in historic preservation, he has used the Hudson River as his canvas, photographing the historic structures and activities that take place on the river from the Adirondacks where the Hudson begins, right down to the Atlantic Ocean. This fascinating journey is also illustrated with river charts hung next to the photographs showing exactly where they were located. This exhibit in the Hancock Gallery at 12 Vassar Street runs now through August 31. Admission is free.
The Gallery is open by appointment M-F 9-5 and on weekends when the VBI Theater is open for productions.
