The building at 9 Vassar Street is now home to many not-for-profit agencies, artist studios, and a variety of community-oriented services (click HERE for our Tenant List). It also includes the Victorian Art Gallery on the main floor as well as the Grand Parlor and Conference Room that are available to rent for public and private events. Our art galleries at both 9 and 12 Vassar Street host local and regional artists and photographers year-round with exhibits changing every 6-8 weeks.
Rental Rates
Grand Parlor, Conference Room, West Porch (weather permitting) and Kitchen use for Events
- $125.00 per hour (100 people maximum capacity/includes use of folding tables and chairs)
Conference Room for Meetings by Non-Tenants of the Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center
- $40.00 per hour
