The highly acclaimed, Brooklyn-based Truthworker Theater Company will be performing two of their plays in Poughkeepsie:

Bar Code: A Performative Analysis of the School-to-Prison Pipeline, written by the company and directed by Samara Gaev.

at the Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center on Friday, 3 & 8 pm

In|Prism: Boxed In and Blacked Out in America, which deals with the issue of solitary confinement at Vassar’s Spitzer’s Auditorium on Saturday, 5 pm.

All performances are free.
