12 Vassar Street – VBI Theater, Dance Studio and Art Galleries / Venue Rental Rates

The building at 12 Vassar Street is home to the VBI Theater - a renovated 200 seat theater replete with a Green Room and Dressing Rooms underneath the stage.  The building also houses a 1200 square foot dance studio, an artist loft, and two Art Galleries - The Hancock Gallery and The Reception Gallery. Our art galleries host local and regional artists and photographers year-round with exhibits changing every 6-8 weeks.

The VBI Theater is available to rent for performances, events and wedding ceremonies as are the Art Galleries, that serve as multi-purpose spaces, and the Dance Studio.

VBI Theatre Daily Rental Rate (Load in @ 9:00 am / load out @ 9:00 pm)

• $500 per day - Not for Profit Organizations
• $600 per day - For Profit Organizations
• VBI Theater Hourly Rate: $100 per hour for Not-for-Profit Organizations and $125 for For Profit Organizations

Multi-Purpose Spaces/Rooms (Reception Gallery and Hancock Gallery) - $50 per hour/per room

Dance Studio - $50 per hour (no hard soled shoes allowed on dance floor)
