End of the Year Appeal

The Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center experienced many wonderful and artistic endeavors in 2015 due to your ongoing support and generosity. Some of the highlights included our annual Magnolia Party in April, a newly produced Summer Music Mix in August, the ever-popular BrewFest in September, and numerous art exhibits, community theatrical productions, and dance concerts. John Griesemer’s letter to the editor of the Poughkeepsie Journal sums it up perfectly: “The lively performances were amplified by the beautiful theatre….Cunneen-Hackett represents an opportunity in the Mid-Hudson Valley to discover another great cultural venue…the setting holds rich history, Victorian architecture and is centrally located off Main Street on Vassar Street.” Thank you John, we could not have said it better.

As we prepare for another exciting year, we appeal not only to your sense of humanity and generosity, but toward the future of our community and to what the arts bring to it. When you make a tax deductible contribution to the Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center, you help us keep the arts alive and well in the Hudson Valley. This year, the Cunneen-Hackett Art Center’s Board of Directors will match your donation dollar-for-dollar and collectively make a contribution up to a total of $3,000. Every Board member knows how important your dollars are and by matching them, doubles the impact of your support.

During our 35 years as an historic cultural landmark, we have strived to bring quality entertainment and diverse artistic programming to the mid-Hudson Valley region. By making a financial commitment today, you will ensure that our legacy will endure and grow sending a clear message that the arts do matter.

We thank you for your support!
